On 09 July 2013, QHSSE Zimbabwe conducted a Basic Fire Extinguisher Practical Training for Fuel Operations Teams based in Towrgondi, Kushk District, near the Turkmenistan border. This critical session was designed to enhance emergency response readiness in high-risk fuel-handling environments.

On 31 January 2013, QHSSE Zimbabwe delivered a targeted Fire Extinguisher Training session to security personnel from Blue Hackle Security in Herat, Afghanistan. The session focused on enhancing emergency preparedness and equipping frontline security teams with the knowledge and skills to respond quickly and effectively to fire incidents.

This training reinforced the critical role of security teams as first responders and highlighted the importance of fire safety awareness in volatile operational settings. QHSSE Zimbabwe remains committed to building capacity and resilience through hands-on, context-specific safety training — wherever it's needed most.

On 15 November 2018, QHSSE Zimbabwe conducted an Emergency Response Training session for Fuel Operators at the Kavumu Airport Fuel Depot in Kavumu Town, Democratic Republic of Congo. The training was tailored to build practical competence in handling fire emergencies within high-risk aviation fuel environments.

This hands-on session ensured that the Fuel Operations team was well-prepared to mitigate fire-related incidents swiftly and safely, reducing potential downtime and safeguarding life and infrastructure.
