Course Overview

This comprehensive first aid training program provides participants with essential life-saving skills and knowledge to respond effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace. Course Content

Day 1: Emergency Response & Life Support

  • Scene safety and casualty assessment (DRABC)
  • Adult, child, and infant CPR techniques
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation
  • Airway obstruction and choking management
  • Recovery position and unconscious casualty care
  • Emergency communication and handover protocols

Day 2: Trauma Care & Workplace Injuries

  • Wound assessment and bleeding control
  • Burns management and chemical exposure
  • Fractures, sprains, and musculoskeletal injuries
  • Shock recognition and treatment
  • Medical emergencies (heart attack, stroke, seizures)
  • First aid kit maintenance and workplace protocols
